Grilled peppers and courgettes? … Check check check!

And all of that topped with peppery rocket and parmesan shavings…

Yes, this must be Italian food heaven!

When food is this good, words are simply superfluous.

    • It is one of those smells that reminds me of being with lots of very loud Italians, the smell of peppers browning in olive oil (there would also be an excess of salty pasta water steam – wonderful 😀
